Chocolate Chip Cookie Dippers
If you love thick, soft chocolate chip cookies, you gotta try these cookie dippers! They’re super delicious and you can dip them in whatever spread or sauce you wish Think… melted Biscoff spread, Nutella, salted caramel sauce, or even pistachio sauce!
How To Make Chocolate Chip Dippers
All you need is:
225g unsalted butter, softened
150g light brown sugar
75g granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
300g plain flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 tsp salt
250g chocolate chips + 50g for the top
Tin size: 8x10”
Allow cooling fully in the tin before slicing it into 24 bars

Preheat your oven to 180°C/ Gas Mark 4/ 160°C (fan).
Line an 8x10" baking tin with baking paper.
Whisk together 225g softened unsalted butter, 150g light brown sugar, and 75g granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Add 2 large eggs and 1 tsp vanilla and whisk until combined.
Add 250g chocolate chips and fold them in.
Scoop the mix into the baking tin and smooth it out.
Sprinkle more chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes and allow to cool in the tin.
