These brownies are so rich and they’re packed with chocolate chips
How To Make Fudgy Vegan Brownies Recipe
All you need is:
210g dark chocolate (vegan)
130g plain flour
200g caster sugar
30g cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
90ml vegetable oil
230ml oat milk (or any non-dairy milk)
150g dark chocolate chips (vegan)
Tin size: 8x8”
Tips:
Make sure to let the brownies cool fully in the tin before slicing otherwise they will be very sticky
Pop them in the fridge for a firmer brownie & cleaner cut
Make sure you don’t over bake otherwise they will become dry and crumbly
Make sure your chocolate doesn’t include milk in the ingredients list
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat your oven to 180°C-200°C/ Gas Mark 4-6/ 160°C-180°C (fan).
Line an 8x8-inch baking tray with baking paper.
Whisk together 130g plain flour, 200g caster sugar, 30g cocoa powder, 1tsp baking powder and 1tsp salt.
Add 90ml vegetable oil and 230ml oat milk and whisk again until smooth.
Melt 210g dark chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.
Add your melted chocolate to the mix and whisk until combined.
Add 150g vegan chocolate chips and fold through the mix.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
Allow cooling fully in the tin.
