Nutella Soufflé Recipe


2-Ingredient Nutella Soufflé 

This soufflé is super quick and easy to make!  It has a crisp, crackly top, a light, fluffy middle and it’s super chocolatey 

 

All you need is:

2 large eggs, whites only

170g Nutella

Makes 2 medium ramekins

Bake 170C (fan) 17-18 mins - they should still be wobbly in the middle and the tops should be crisp

Dust with icing sugar and serve with whatever you wish 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Nutella Soufflé


Preheat your oven to 190°C/ Gas Mark 5/ 170°C (fan).


Add 2 large eggs into a bowl.


Separate the yolks from the whites and set them aside.


Whisk the egg whites until fluffy.


Add 170g Nutella to the egg yolks and whisk until well combined.


Fold in the egg whites 1/3 at a time.


Pour the mixture evenly into 2 ramekins.


Bake for 17-18 minutes.


Dust with icing sugar (optional).
