Oreo And Nutella Cookie Pie
Oreo and white chocolate cookie dough, a layer of Nutella, a layer of Oreo’s and a layer of cookies and cream spread (Tip: Serve with a scoop of ice cream)
All you need is
For the dough:
200g unsalted butter, softened
250g light brown sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
320g plain flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
150g white choc chunks
120g Oreos, broken
For the filling:
300g Nutella
11 Oreos
300g Cookies & cream spread
Tin size 8” (9” is also fine)
Bake 160C (fan) 20 mins
Allow cooling fully in the tin
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat your oven to 180°C/ Gas Mark 4/ 160°C (fan).
Add some Oreo cookie dough to a 20cm/8in the cake tin.
Make sure the cookie dough is evenly spread, with a lip around the edge.
Add 3 heaped scoops of Nutella with a cookie dough scoop/ large spoon.
Spread the Nutella evenly.
Add as many Oreos as can fit on top of the Nutella, making sure they are face up.
Place 3 heaped spoons of cookies and cream spread on top of the Oreos.
Smooth the spread out evenly.
Put an Oreo cookie dough "lid" on top to cover it all.
Place in the oven for 20 minutes.
