Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Recipe


4-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream 

 

 It’s super creamy and packed with mini Reese’s cups and thick swirls of peanut butter 

 

All you need is:

1 tin (397g) condensed milk

475ml double cream, cold

250g peanut butter + 80g, melted for the swirl

180g Reese’s cups minis + a few for the top

Tin size: 3lbs

INSTRUCTIONS

Add 1 tin (397g) of condensed milk, 475ml double cream and 250g of smooth peanut butter to a bowl and whisk to soft peaks.


Fold 180g Reese's cups minis into the mix.


Pour 1/3 of the mix into a loaf tin.


Drizzle 27g of melted peanut butter over the mix in the loaf tin.


Repeat steps 3-4 two more times and smoothes it out.


Swirl the melted peanut butter on the top.

Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup

Sprinkle some more Reese's cups minis over the top.


Double wrap it with cling film.


Freeze for 8 hours minimum.
