These cinnamon roll diapers are super soft, warm and doughy  They remind me of an unravelled cinnamon roll (which is basically what they are )

Perfect for sharing and for dipping in your favourite sauces! 

How To Make Cinnamon Roll Dippers Recipe

All you need to make this Cinnamon Roll dipper recipes are the following ingredients:

INGREDIENTS:

For the dough:

  • 230g Greek yoghurt (I used 0% fat)
  • 190g self-raising flour

For the filling:

  • 30g unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Egg wash (whisk together):

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp water

For the icing dip:

  • 6 tbsp icing sugar
  • 4 tsp milk (any)

Best served warm, fresh out the oven for ultimate softness 

Makes 9-10 dippers

CINNAMON ROLL DIPPERS with 2-ingredient dough

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat your oven to 180°C/ Gas Mark 4/ 160°C (fan).

Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Add 230g greek yoghurt and 190g self-raising flour to a bowl and mix to form a dough.

Roll it into a ball and place it on a floured surface.

Flour a rolling pin and roll the dough into a long rectangle.

Trim the edges off your dough.

Then add 30g melted unsalted butter, 3tbsp light brown sugar then 1tsp cinnamon to a small bowl and whisk until combined.

And spread your cinnamon mix all over the rolled out dough.

Slice the dough into 1" strips.

Twist each strip and place them spread out on your baking tray.

Brush them with egg wash.

Bake for 10-12 minutes.
