Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bagels
Back on the cinnamon roll hype If you’re a bagel fan, you gotta try these French toast bagels!
They’re covered in cinnamon butter, coated in cinnamon sugar and topped with a cream cheese icing
They taste absolutely amazing
All you need is:
Cinnamon butter:
35g unsalted butter, softened
25g light brown sugar
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
French toast:
2 bagels, sliced in half
2 medium eggs
60ml milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Coating:
40g granulated sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Cream cheese icing:
20g cream cheese, room temp
20g unsalted butter, softened
30g icing sugar
today we're going to be making cinnamon roll french toast bagels mixed together softened butter brown sugar and cinnamon, then grab two bagels I bought ready sliced because I'm smart spread over the cinnamon butter.
Then whisk together eggs milk and vanilla and soak the bagels in the mix melt some butter, then toast the bagels on medium heat until golden on each side and the sugar caramelizes mix together sugar and cinnamon.
Then coat the bagels in the mix so they look like doughnuts, then mix together softened butter cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth pipe it over the bagels and serve warm enjoy.
