It’s super easy to make, perfect for using up leftover bread and saving time by making it the night before
How To Make Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bake Recipe
For making Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bake Recipe you'll need the following ingredients:
INGREDIENTS:
6 slices bread 1” thick
4 large eggs
250ml whole milk
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp brown sugar
For the icing:
150g icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp milk
Dish size: 7x11”
Bake until a knife comes out clean
If you don’t want to refrigerate overnight, refrigerate for 1-hour minimum
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut 6 slices of bread 1" thick.
Cut the slices into 1" cubes.
Then add 4 large eggs, 250ml milk, then 1tbsp cinnamon, then 1tsp vanilla and 1tbsp light brown sugar to a bowl and whisk until combined.
Then add the bread cubes to the mix and make sure they're coated.
Pour it into a 7x11" dish.
Wrap it with cling film.
Refrigerate overnight.
Remove the cling film and place it in the oven at 190°C/ Gas Mark 5/ 170°C (fan).
Let it bake for 30 mins.
And for or the icing, mix together 150g icing sugar, with 1tsp vanilla and 3tbsp milk until fully combined.
Drizzle the icing over the warm bake.
