Kinder Cookie Dippers are so delicious, Super soft cookie dough, loaded with Kinder chocolate pieces and white chocolate chips!
Perfect for sharing and dipping in your favourite sauces
How To Make Cookie Dippers
All you need is:
225g unsalted butter, softened
150g light brown sugar
75g granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
300g plain flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 tsp salt
150g Kinder Chocolate
100g white chocolate chips
Makes 24 dippers
Allow cooling fully in the tin before slicing
INSTRUCTIONS for cookie dippers
Preheat your oven to 180°C/ Gas Mark 4/ 160°C (fan).
Line an 8x10" square baking tin with baking paper.
Whisk together 225g softened unsalted butter, 150g light brown sugar, and 75g granulated sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy.
Add 2 large eggs and 1 tsp vanilla and mix until combined.
Fold 300g plain flour, 1tsp bicarbonate of soda, and 1tsp salt into the mix.
Add fold in 150g kinder chocolate pieces, Then 100g white chocolate chips.
Scoop the mix into your baking tray and smooth it out.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Then allow it to cool fully in the tin.
Once cooled, slice it into 24 bars.
