How To Make Lotus Biscoff Crepe Rolls Recipe
To Lotus Biscoff Crepe Rolls you'll need the following ingredients:
INGREDIENTS:
- 125g Plain flour
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 300ml Milk, room temperature
- Biscoff spread (crunchy or smooth)
- Makes about 8 crepes
- Feel free to half the mix to make less
INSTRUCTIONS
Fold a pancake/ crepe in half.
Spread Biscoff spread across the top of the folded pancake/ crepe.
Roll it up tightly, vertically.
Make as many rolls as you want and put them on a plate.
Drizzle melted Biscoff spread and sprinkle lotus biscuit crumbs over the rolls.
