Oreo White Chocolate Cheesecake
This cheesecake not only looks amazing but tastes it too! it has an Oreo base, and a white chocolate filling then topped with a white chocolate ganache and more Oreos for decoration.
This Cheesecake is one of my favorite cheesecakes, that I’ve ever made and there’s no baking involved in this one.
Oreo’s in a cheesecake recipe is absolutely so yummy, and everyone can make it. This cheesecake is so quick and simple and oh so delicious, I think you will love this version of the best Oreo Cheesecake.
How To Make oreo white chocolate cheesecake no bake
Ingredients
All you need to make this No bake, white chocolate Oreo
cheesecake is:

- The base of Cheesecake:
- 290g (26) Oreos
- 90g unsalted butter, melted
Cheesecake:
- 350ml double cream, cold
- 250g white chocolate
- 500g cream cheese, room temp
- 120g icing sugar
Topping of the Cheesecake:
- 250g white chocolate
- 150ml double cream
- 8 Oreos, halved
- Tin size: 8” springform tin
INSTRUCTIONS for the best Oreo White Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe
Start with adding 290g Oreos to a blender then crush them up firmly.
And, pour the crushed Oreos into a bowl then mix in 90g unsalted butter, melted.
And, pour into an 8x8in cake tin then press down firmly.
After that make sure to microwave 250g of white chocolate in a bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until melted.
after this step set the white chocolate aside to cool.
In another bowl, whisk 350ml double cream to stiff peaks and then set aside.
And whisk together 500g cream cheese and 120g icing sugar in another bowl.
Then pour the melted white chocolate into the cream cheese mix then whisk until combined.
And add in the whipped cream then fold in.
And, spoon the mix onto your Oreo base then smooth it out.
And, refrigerate overnight.
And, add 250g white chocolate and 150 ml double cream to a bowl and microwave, then stirring every 30 seconds until almost melted.
And, allow it to cool for 14 to 15 minutes.
Pour the chocolate over the cheesecake and make sure to smooth it out.
And around the edge of your cheesecake, place 8 halved Oreos.
then refrigerate for 1 hour. And enjoy!
Some tips for the best Oreo and white chocolate cheesecake, No-bake
Before mixing the melted white chocolate into the cream cheese make sure to let it cool slightly.
Make sure to Let the white chocolate ganache cool for at least 14 or 15 minutes before pouring it over the cheesecake. then place it in the fridge to speed up the process. Enjoy!
